Antitrust agency allows five Kyiv companies to set up UkrArchBusInvest Corporation

Ukraine's Antimonopoly Committee (AMC) has allowed five Ukrainian-based companies to set up a construction corporation, UkrArchBusInvest, the AMC reported on Friday.

The corporation was set up by the Expert Ltd. engineering construction center, the Ukrainian Architecture and Construction Center Ltd., the Legis Ltd. law firm, the UBK Ltd. Ukrainian consulting center, and the Ukrainian Engineering and Technical Center Ltd.

As Interfax-Ukraine learned from Expert Ltd., the corporation is being created to provide services to construction market operators.

The head of the corporation will be elected next week, the source said.
