Because Kaluga’s worth it

Cosmetics giant L’Oreal has opened one of its biggest factories in the Russian city of Kaluga.

The plant, which opened on Thursday, could become one of the firm’s five biggest worldwide.

By June next year it will be able to produce all items in L’Oreal’s range, and its production capacity could get up to 300 million units per year.The factory’s output is destined for local markets in Russia and the CIS where the hair care giant is hoping to clean up.
