Russian observers do not any record serious violations in Ukraine's election

Russian State Duma observers did not record any serious violations in the Ukrainian presidential election, Alexander Babakov, leader of the Russian observers has said. "We did not record any violations that could make it possible to doubt the legitimacy of the election. Apparently, candidates for the second round have been defined, and this is an expected outcome," Babakov told Interfax on Sunday. He did not make forecasts as to results of the runoff, saying that one should wait until the official first-round results are publicized."In my opinion, given the way the election was organized and held, one can say that Ukraine turned another page of its history and that the country is moving along the track of creation," Babakov said.
